1. NATURE OF SHIPMENT

All products available in our store are digital goods. This means that:

  • No physical shipping: You will not receive any physical packages, printed books, or materials via postal mail.

  • No shipping costs: Since there is no physical logistics involved, the "shipping" cost is $0.00 for all regions worldwide.

2. DELIVERY TIME: IMMEDIACY

The delivery of our products is instantaneous:

  • Once the payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) confirms the transaction—or the 7-day trial period begins—the system automatically activates access to the content.

  • The waiting time is usually a matter of seconds, although in exceptional cases involving external bank verifications, it may take a few minutes.

3. DELIVERY METHODS

You will receive your digital product through two simultaneous channels:

  • Confirmation Page: After completing the payment or trial registration process, you will be redirected to a thank-you page featuring the immediate access or download button.

  • Email: An automated message will be sent to the address provided, containing the access links and the transaction receipt.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

To ensure successful delivery, the customer must:

  • Verify Email: Ensure the email address is entered correctly at the time of checkout.

  • Check Spam Folder: If the email is not received within 10 minutes, please check your "Junk," "Promotions," or "Notifications" folders.

If, after making a purchase, you do not receive your access or the link presents a technical error, please contact us immediately so we can assist you:
