2. CONDITIONS AFTER 30 DAYS
Once the 30-day guarantee period has elapsed, all sales are considered final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed after the 31st day following the purchase.

Access to digital material is permanent (subject to the product's specific terms); therefore, the service is considered accepted once the guarantee period expires.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PRE-SALES

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. The initial charge is covered by the 30-day guarantee; subsequent renewals are non-refundable once processed.

Pre-sales: The 30-day guarantee period begins on the day the product is released and delivered to the user, not from the moment the reservation payment is made.
4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND ACCESS
If you experience a technical issue (such as a broken link or a corrupted file), our team will resolve your access within a maximum of 48 hours after your report. If a technical issue persists and prevents us from delivering the product correctly, this will not affect your right to request the satisfaction guarantee within the stipulated timeframe.
5. CHARGEBACKS
We encourage direct communication. Since we offer a risk-free 30-day satisfaction guarantee, the use of unjustified bank chargebacks will be considered a breach of these terms. This will result in the immediate revocation of access and the permanent disabling of your account. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of fraud.
