Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or "try before you buy." This cancellation policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time using the management links provided in your confirmation emails.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock. We may charge a partial deposit or simply store your payment method to process the full charge at a future date. You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipment.

Try Before You Buy

When you choose the "try before you buy" option, we authorize your payment method before the order is prepared.

  • Trial Period: You will have a 30-day period to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • Billing: Once this 30-day period has elapsed, if you have not initiated a return or canceled the process, we will automatically charge the full amount to your payment method.

  • Flexibility: You can cancel your trial at any time within that 30-day window to avoid being charged.
